Sports Services 

We provide Game-Day Services including pre-game rehab, taping, stretching and activation exercises to assist our athletes in enhancing their sports performance. Our team is highly trained to clear injuries on the field and sideline, including clearing Concussion and providing Basic First Aid and Life Support Services if needed. 

A Proper Warm Up is essential to reducing risk of injury in sport. Warm ups should target muscle groups specific to the sport and also prepare the athlete to move properly and be reactive in game situations.
